Results are estimates, not guarantees. Platform algorithms and rules change without notice, and no method can guarantee a specific follower count. No tool on this site connects to your account or asks for your password. Never share your password with any website. Check the platform's own help pages for current features.

Most people who arrive from a good post leave from the profile, not from the post. The bio is where that decision happens, and it has about five seconds and 150 characters to make it.
This tool builds username options and bio drafts from your name and niche, and drops any draft that will not fit.
What a bio has to do in five seconds
Three things, in this order. Anything else is decoration.
- Who it is for. Not who you are — who the reader is. “For people who bake at home” beats “passionate baker”.
- What they get. A concrete thing: recipes that work in a domestic oven, weekly race breakdowns, one guitar exercise a week.
- How often. Frequency is a promise the reader can hold you to, and it converts because it is checkable.
The tool caps drafts at 150 characters because that is Instagram's limit. A draft that will not fit is dropped rather than shown and truncated later.
Usernames: what actually matters
Less than people think, but two things are worth getting right at the start because changing them later costs you.
- Say-able. If it cannot be said out loud and typed correctly afterwards, it will not survive being mentioned in a video.
- Consistent across platforms. The same handle everywhere is worth more than a slightly better handle on one.
- No number padding. Trailing digits read as a substitute account and lower trust for no benefit.
- Room to grow. A handle naming a single narrow topic becomes a cage in two years.
This tool cannot check whether a handle is free. It connects to nothing, so it has no way to know — treat the output as candidates to check yourself in the app.
The call-to-action line
One line at the end of a bio, and it should point at something that already exists rather than at a general invitation.
| Weak | Stronger | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Follow for more! | Start with the pinned post | Points at a specific thing that answers why follow |
| DM for enquiries | Link in bio: the beginner guide | Gives value before asking for anything |
| Link below 👇 | One post a week, Thursdays | Frequency is a promise, an arrow is not |
Testing a bio without any tools
Show it to someone who does not know what you do and ask them one question: what would I get by following this account? If they cannot answer in a sentence, the bio has failed and no amount of formatting will fix it.
- If they describe you rather than what they get, rewrite from the reader's side.
- If they use a word you did not write, consider using their word instead.
- If they ask what platform-specific term you meant, replace it with plain language.
Questions about this guide
Does this tool check whether a username is available?
No. It runs entirely in your browser and connects to nothing, so it has no way to see which handles are taken. The output is a list of candidates in a shape that tends to be available and readable — check each one in the platform app itself. Any site that claims to check availability for you is either guessing or asking for something it should not need.
How long should a bio be?
Short enough to read in five seconds, and inside 150 characters on Instagram. Three lines is a good target: who it is for, what they get, how often. The most common mistake is describing yourself instead of describing the value to the reader, and that costs more conversions than length ever does.
Should I put keywords in my username?
One, if it fits naturally. A handle like name-plus-topic is searchable and readable, which is a small real advantage on Instagram and TikTok where the name field is indexed. Do not stack multiple keywords — it reads as spam and hurts the trust signal more than the search benefit is worth.
Is it bad to change my username later?
It costs you: existing mentions break, and people who remembered the old handle cannot find you. If you have to change it, do it as early as possible and announce it in a pinned post for a few weeks. That is why the tool favours handles with room to grow rather than ones naming a single narrow topic.
